Advent Insurance Services Limited

Formed in 1998, Advent is an independent underwriting agency working through brokers to provide insurance for residential property in the UK. We work with major UK insurers, from whom we have delegated authority to place insurance for residential properties belonging to our brokers’ retail and commercial clients. We focus on giving a highly personal service and have worked with many of our brokers since we first opened for business.

Claims

As well as very experienced underwriting staff, we have an in-house claims team who are authorised to handle the vast majority of claims that are reported, with a dedicated claim handler looking after each claim individually. We pride ourselves on an extremely prompt and efficient claims service, whether the policyholder chooses to deal with it themselves, or prefers their broker to look after it on their behalf.
